All of our systems are self-explanatory and are very user-friendly. To get best results, users are requested to make calls in as quiet an environment as possible. A general call flow is discussed below. There would be minor variations in call flow for every language. Please follow the instructions played out during the call. You may listen to the demo to know the exact call flow. 



• Dial the phone number from the list displayed on the right based on your preferred language.

• After the welcome note, press the extension number if necessary, from the list aside.

• Say out clearly your district name after you are prompted by a beep. A small set of district names are provided below for each language.

• Confirm the district by responding YES in the chosen language.

• After you answer YES, say out clearly a commodity name when prompted by beep. A small set of commodity names are listed below for each language.

• Confirm the commodity by responding YES in the chosen language.

• If the commodity is available in the district specified, the system reads out its current price. Else, it prompts to select another commodity.

A typical call flow in Uttar Pradesh (Hindi) will be like:

Step‐1: Dial 044-2257 9797 (Extn 4/5)

 

Step‐2: A welcome prompt will be played.

 

Step‐3: You will be prompted to speak the mandi name (district name).

 

Step‐4: Please respond by speaking the name of the district in Hindi

 

Step‐5: System will prompt you to confirm the district name, for correct district name say “haan” and if it wrong say “nahin”.

 

Step‐6: If you say “nahin” you will be asked to repeat the district name.

 

Step‐7: If you say “haan”, then you will be asked to speak the commodity name.

 

Step‐8: Please speak the commodity name

 

Step‐9: System will prompt you to confirm the commodity name, for correct commodity name say “haan” and if it wrong say “nahin”.

 

Step‐10: If you say “nahin” you will be asked to repeat the commodity name.

 

Step‐11: If you say “haan”, System will search for price in the database if record exist it will play the commodity price, if not then will play the prompt that price is not available.

 

Step‐12: System prompts to speak another commodity. If you want to know another commodity price say “haan ” else say “nahin ”.

 

Step‐13: If you say “haan ”, then follow the procedure from Step‐3.

Step‐14: If you say “nahin ”, Thank you prompt will be played and call ends.
